| The sunlit evening had quickly turned to dusk, the moon shown overhead and the birds fled towards their nests. Haku stood there taking in the peaceful night air.
'how mesmerizing the night is'-he thought
The leaves danced and the water rippled, it was a calm, an unnatural calm that the land possessed.
'the air reeks of the dead'-he thought
He stared off into the forest and saw the light of souls being gathered together by a single women, he felt his heart tug towards her, his soul longed to be free.
Without a second thought the turned and ran, the tugging sensation dissipating as he gained distance from her.
'whom ever she was her powers seek to once again kill me'-his thoughts trailed once he'd reached a safe distance from her, the tugging stopped as fast as it had started.

I apologize for my long absence, but you need not worry I have returned and it would seem that someone has information for me.
Perhaps this new lead will give me the answers I seek.
*Haku heads out in search of the contact that has promised information*

| *haku stood alone in the woods, he stared off into the distance, playing the recent events through his head*
'How am I going to find out who brought me back to life?'
*he walked over to a nearby stream and slowly took his sandals off and placed his feet in the water, he smiled*
'The water always seems to calm my nerves, but even so I have no leads and no way of knowing what direction to head in'
*haku thought back to the last few days, he had spoken with many shinobi, but the two that seemed to leave an impression on him was Shino-san and Neji-san*
'I dont know them very well but perhaps with their help I can find out why I exist again....'
*his thoughts trailed off as the water gentle pushed by him, a calm breeze swept by and suddenly haku's depressing thoughts went along with it, he looked up, his all to common smile back on his face*
'If anyone can help its those two, they are intelligent, quick witted, and strong.....theirs no one else I would rather ask for help from, but.....is it to soon to ask for it? Perhaps I should wait a little while longer before I ask this of them'
*he turned towards the sky, his smile brightened as he thought of the three of them working together*
'What a team we would make.....'
*the wind picked up speed and the leaves swirled around him, and he disappeared, off to search for his new found friends and think on how to ask them for help*

| *Haku walked alongside Neji, Neji had thanked him for the herb that he had given to him the day before and then they both grew silent....this gave Haku time to think about the recent events and those of the past*

'Zabuza-san fought against Kakashi-san.....and I against Sasuke-san and Naruto-san.....'
'I never really wanted to fight against them but, it was what Zabuza-san wished so I tried to please him.........Sauske-san was unable to stop my attacks, but his determination and quick-wittedness saved his life on numerous occasions....'
'..every time he thought of a way to escape....it failed and he was once again under a barrage of needles..even his attempts to destroy my mirrors failed'
'........then the boy I had met in the forest arrived....number 1 knuckle headed ninja Naruto....I was surprised by his actions, I was even less happy about what I was supposed to do to him.....Zabuza-san insisted that we kill them, and who am I to go against his words after all I am his tool'
'I had done all I could except kill them, I wanted it to appear as if they were dead so that Zabuza-san would forget about them and we could leave, there was no need for bloodshed'.........'Naruto-san became enraged when he believed that his commrade Sasuke-san was dead, Naruto-san unleashed an unimaginable amount of chakra, so much that I was unable to suppress it'
'and thus I was knocked out of my demonic ice mirrors......'
'I had given up on life at that point....I wanted Naruto-san to kill me......but then I sensed that Zabuza-san was endanger..I could not allow him to die..............needless to say Kakashi-san's attack did not hit its mark, and Zabuza-san was spared..........'
*Haku turned to Neji and smiled* 'Whats in the past should stay in the past...and thus I shouldnt be alive......'

*Haku stands off perched on a tree as he listens to Sakura-san's situation, she plans to enter a school undercover, in search for the mist nin rumored to be hiding there as a student/teacher* 'So Sakura-san plans to go undercover and enroll into this villages local school, from what I was able to gather, one of these mist nin are there portraying their self to be either a teacher or a student' *ponders the situation*..."I shouldnt interfere just yet, and going undercover along with Sakura-san and her group would be a mistake"...*a concerned look on his face, as he lets his hair down* "although I am certain that Sakura-san, Naruto-san, and Kakashi-san are unaware of my presence if I were to go undercover I am certain that they would realize it" *thinks back to the night before when he showed himself to Sasuke-san* "I trust that Sasuke-san will not tell them that I am here" *thinking to himself as his trademark soft smile appears on his face* 'I will keep an eye out for Sakura-san and the others' *haku begins to walk down the crowded street and out of sight*
